A signature office tower with a characteristic weaving facade in a sustainable CBD

This project is a 20-storey office tower sitting on a 2-storey commercial podium.  Upon completion scheduled 2017, it will be a characteristic green office building in the Kowloon East Business District.

The feature curtain wall façade is designed in a weaving pattern with a gradient of textures, which is an iconic representation of the Client’s business in fashion and garment industry.  The Client’s head office is a custom designed office space, characterized with a double storey height glass green house with big trees and glass roof.  It is a genuine green working environment in the city.

The podium is designed to create a communal space highly engaged with the transforming urban realm of the Kowloon East, with multi-level greenies, recessed building forms for urban space, alfresco dining on outdoor terraces and podium garden on upper floors.
