• Qualified architect, HKIA or equivalent
• Strong design sense and ability
• Good CAD presentation and drafting skill
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Rhino, InDesign
• Holder of BEAM Pro or LEED AP qualification shall be an advantage
• Self-motivation and able to work within a team
• Willing to travel

• A Hong Kong or Technical Institute Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent.
• Five years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience with new works project is preferred.
• Proven English / Chinese proficiency.

Employment will be on contract basis for an approximate period of 20 months commencing from October 2015 subject to project requirement.
