Kowloon Station Development was a mega railway-properties development in 2000. The competition called for the property development concept with residential and commercial complex on top of Tung Chung and Airport Express MTR Station.  It was a realization of the miniature cityscape combined with railway network concept with study on effective commercial and residential premise matrix with pedestrian flow pattern, road work connection and railway integration.
