The aim of the design is to create a 400m long retail experience that will transform the MTR West Line Nam Cheong Station and its neighbourhood into a new Urban Destination.
With it 400 m long façade, the retail presence is amplified by interplay of glass wall, green wall, terraces, and huge signage boards. The main entrance is expressed through a 18 m high glass wall abutting a landscaped public civil square of 1,500 sqm.
The shopping experience is enriched through interplay of event spaces, “look-out” space and voids along the retail arcade.
