‘Festival Grand Cinema’ is branded as the flagship cinema for MCL in Hong Kong.

Mobility makes life more casual though, but still, it would be very enjoyable in watching shows at West End, London and Times Square, New York. These references became our design theme of bringing back ‘Movie Watching is an EVENT’ to Hong Kong moviegoers.

Spatial quality is cored to follow the stand-alone cinema decades ago. Our interior design theme ‘Avant-garde Grand’ is to reflect the elements of contemporary luxe style.  Illuminated marquee signified a welcome entrée leading further into a slightly domed ceiling embracing the ticketing foyer as first holding space. Our rotunda foyer at upper floor after ticket collection, as social encounters, accompanied with fully equipped concession area serving good food and wine is another featured highlight before shows.
