SOHO189 is created by carefully juxtaposing the classical tripartite - the base, the body and the crown in a modern architectural language, with a continuous aluminium cladding feature that extends from the base to the crown, tying the 3 parts together to express a clean and bold statement.

The palette is restricted to grayscale, with sophisticated and well-proportioned lines emphasizing the verticality, to express a sense of timelessness, simplicity and elegance to rejuvenate and refresh the historic district. The double-storeyed curvilinear Clubhouse, together with the sky-garden above, creates a continuous flow of green from Li Shing Street Playground to the development.
