The essence of this project is the sympathetic relationship of modern highrise residential tower and historical building
This is a heritage cum development project to redevelop the former CLP Head Office site into a residential development while preserving the Clock Tower Building which is classified as Grade 1 historic building. The Clock Tower Building is proposed to be adaptively re-used as Electric museum and office for the Hong Kong Heritage Project.
The design concept of the new development is to enhance a sympathetic relationship with the Clock Tower Building. The façade of the three 20-storey residential towers and the podium are designed with strong reference to the details, material, colour and proportion of the Clock Tower Building.
